What You Need to Know

  • Final Sale: Any items bought on sale, with a discount code, or at a marked-down price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns: For full-priced items, you can request a return for store credit or an exchange for an item of equal value within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Everything must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Damages: We offer free replacements for items that arrive damaged. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund via store credit (valid for 12 months).
  • Refunds & Store Credit: We’ll issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3 days of receiving your item. Please note that original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. The only exception is if you receive an incorrect item;in this case, we will reimburse your return shipping fees via store credit (valid for 12 months) once the item is received and the error is verified.

 

How to Start a Return

  • Get Approval: Please log into your account, navigate to “My Orders,” and submit a return ticket attaching clear photos or videos of the item. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery via email at contact@loomtick.com. Please wait for our official approval and correct return address before mailing anything back; we cannot accept packages sent without authorization.
  • Shipping: We don’t provide return labels under any circumstances, so you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs yourself. Make sure to get a tracking number as proof of postage, and contact us for the correct return address—the one on your original package won’t work.

Important Notice:

  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the items until they arrive at our studio, so please pack them carefully so they don’t break on the way.
  • Refused Packages: If you refuse a delivery or if a package is sent back to us because of an incorrect address or failure to pick it up, we cannot offer a refund or free reshipment.
  • Exceptions: We can’t accept returns sent after the 7-day window or items that look worn. If something unavoidable happened that prevented you from returning on time, just get in touch, though any exceptions are up to us.
