— Which products are eligible for return?
With the exception of certain made-to-order, customized, or special items required by local laws, most of our handmade watch jewelry and accessories are eligible for return. Return conditions may vary depending on the product type and reason for return.
You have 14 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection at your nominated store or collection point to return an item to us for a refund.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you create a return for an item during the above timeframes but you can’t return it to us for some reason within the same time period due to extenuating circumstances, please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.
Responsibility:
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we’re able to locate them (it’s not always possible) and you’d like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
Return Requirements:
- For items eligible for personal reasons return, please ensure they are in their original packaging with tags, in brand-new condition: No perfume, unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered.
- For items without quality issues, we refund the item price. Please understand that you need to cover the return shipping fees under the condition of no quality issues.
- Items beyond the return window are ineligible for return, unless they fail to meet mandatory rules and regulations.
— How do I make a return?
To start a return, please confirm the receipt of your package by clicking “Confirm Received” and submit a Return or Exchange ticket along with supporting evidence such as photos or videos. Our Customer Service team will review your request based on our policy, product condition, and provided evidence. Please be aware that original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the product is non-compliant with mandatory laws.

Important Notice:
Kindly note that we do not supply return labels. Please send the products back to our warehouse in the US or EU. Prior to shipping items, please contact customer service for authorization and the correct return address. Do not use the address indicated on the shipping label.
— Can I reject my package if I change my mind?
If you wish to cancel your order during shipment, kindly wait until you receive the package before requesting a return. Cross-border shipping entails intricate procedures with customs and shipping carriers. If you intentionally refuse delivery or fail to collect your package, please understand that we cannot facilitate your return.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery and return due to personal reasons, please note that no refund will be issued. Personal reasons may include an incorrect address, absence of consignee, invalid contact details, customer refusal, or failure to collect the package promptly.
