Orders will be dispatched from our studios in the US and EU based on your location. We want you to get your package as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you ordered way in advance or need your product ASAP. We apply a uniform postage fee for all orders globally.

Processing Time

As all items are handmade, processing requires 2 to 6 business days.

 

Additional Information

Delivery times will consist of the shipping time mentioned above along with the processing time. The Delivery times for orders made after 5pm will be calculated from the next business day.

Please Note: For security reasons, orders can only be shipped to the address verified at checkout. While we happily deliver to standard physical addresses and P.O. boxes, we cannot deliver to APO or MPO military addresses at this time.

 

Exceptions & Order Packing

Please note that we only combine items into one single shipment per order. If your single order contains multiple handmade jewelry pieces with varying processing speeds, the entire package will ship together once all items are ready. This could potentially delay items you might have otherwise received earlier.

If you prefer to receive certain items as soon as they are crafted, please make sure to place them as separate, individual orders at checkout.
